Victoria Peterson serves as an Associate in Valuations with LW Hospitality Advisors, based in New York City. Ms. Peterson brings a foundation in hospitality real estate, finance, and hotel operations developed through a range of roles across the industry. 

Ms. Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson College of Business, with a specialization in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. In addition to her degree, she holds a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and is a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel. Beyond the classroom, she was a founding member of the university’s first student-run Mergers & Acquisitions club, a member of the Cornell Tradition Fellow program, and a student employee at the Statler Hotel.

Prior to joining LWHA, Ms. Peterson interned with CBRE (NYSE: CBRE), where she developed a foundation in commercial real estate property management while gaining broad exposure to the firm’s advisory work. 

Ms. Peterson’s earlier experience includes several years with Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Forbes Five-Star Chatham Bars Inn, where she advanced through roles of increasing responsibility from the associate level to Operations Manager. In that capacity, she oversaw operations across five restaurants serving up to 2,000 guests daily, supervised a team of more than 50 employees, and managed financial reporting and performance to uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.
