Analyst, LWHA Asset Management Group
Tristan Jordan serves as an Analyst at LWHA Asset Management Group, based in New York, NY. He is responsible for assisting the asset management team in financial analysis, performance benchmarking and market research. In doing so, he is actively engaged in reviewing strategies to optimize and increase hotel operating performance and asset values across the LWHA Asset Management Group portfolio. His responsibilities also include preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and presentations.
Prior to joining LWHA Asset Management Group, Tristan gained operational experience interning for Aimbridge Hospitality and Warwick Hotels.
Tristan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Tourism Management with a concentration in Hotel Development from New York University. While at NYU, Tristan worked for the NYU International Hotel Investment Conference, the HVS’ Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference and Operations Summit (HVS CHICOS) and served as the President of the Hospitality Business Society. In addition, Tristan was awarded both the Jonathan M. Tisch Scholarship and Preston Robert Tisch Memorial Scholarship for his academic achievements. Also, while at NYU, Tristan was interviewed for the NYU Q-Magazine, HOTELS Magazine, and at the NYU International Hotel Investment Conference.
