Sean McMullen is a Vice President of the LWHA Asset Management Group, based in New York City. Prior to LWHA, Sean led the third party Asset Management division for one of the country’s top hotel management companies.
Sean has held multiple roles within the Revenue Management discipline, where he was responsible for over $100 Million in top-line revenue. His experience spans various markets across the United States.
Sean has been involved in multiple branded and luxury hotel openings, working through early-stage feasibility and acquisitions, to pre-opening leadership, management transitions, and ongoing oversight. He has made significant contributions to the successful launch of high-profile and renowned hotels, most notably The Knickerbocker, The Quin, Greydon House Nantucket, and The Gregorian.
Sean graduated from Georgetown University with a Master’s in Real Estate Finance, and from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst at the Isenberg School of Management where he majored in Hospitality and Economics.
Sean remains actively involved within the Georgetown University community where he is the Co-President and Founding Member of the Georgetown University Lodging Network. He also serves on the New York City Host Committee for The Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
