Kristin Rinaudo currently serves as a Senior Associate for LW Hospitality Advisors®, based in Panama City Beach, Florida. She is a certified general real estate appraiser in Florida and Georgia. Prior to joining, she served as a Director at HVS, where she spent over seven years in hospitality consulting and valuation in the firm’s Atlanta office. Her consulting experience was heavily focused in the Southeastern U.S. and Caribbean markets.

Prior to consulting, she gained eight years of operational experience in the Hospitality industry through positions in Recreation, Food and Beverage, Guest Services, and Rooms in a variety of settings including beach resorts, an alpine lodge, restaurants, and golf courses.

Ms. Rinaudo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (magna cum laude), completing the university’s honors program.
