Gary Grinstead currently serves as Vice President for LW Hospitality Advisors.  Based in St. Simons Island, Georgia, he brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation.  He has completed appraisals of hotels, resorts, golf courses, and related property types across the Southeastern United States, advising financial institutions, government agencies, attorneys, investors, and other clients in matters including financing, condemnation, and litigation.  Mr. Grinstead combines deep valuation expertise with prior hospitality experience, having performed numerous roles at both Sea Island Resort and Reynolds Lake Oconee. 

Prior to joining LWHA, Gary was with Driggers Commercial Group, where he was responsible for a high volume of complex valuation and consulting assignments, as well as commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management.  He began his career in commercial banking, providing a strong foundation in credit analysis and real estate finance.
