Dominic Finn is Vice President for LWHA® Asset Management Group, bringing over 16 years of experience in hotel asset management, operations, and valuation. Dominic has been actively involved in the oversight of multiple assets across a wide variety of hotel types and markets and has identified significant upside and ROI opportunities through labor management, expense control, asset repositioning, and total revenue management. His extensive insight into hotel operations and a data-driven approach enable him to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance asset value and improve profitability in alignment with ownership’s investment objectives.
Prior to his current role with the LWHA® Asset Management Group team, Dominic most recently served as Vice President, Operations and Finance for Bridgeton Holdings, where he oversaw the operations and profitability of a 16-property hotel portfolio ranging from midscale, extended-stay to full-service, luxury lifestyle assets. He also has extensive leadership experience in hotel operations, particularly in luxury, full-service properties, such as The Breakers Palm Beach, The Carlyle, Lotte New York Palace, and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek and has also worked with properties affiliated with major brands including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, and Hyatt. Dominic has successfully led several projects focused on operational efficiency, labor management, and continuous improvement, resulting in measurable improvements to the bottom line, and has also been involved on several capital improvement and development projects. He also gained significant experience in conducting appraisals, feasibility, and market studies with the LWHA® valuation team.
Dominic obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from New York University with a concentration in Lodging Operations. He has since returned to his alma mater as an Adjunct Professor teaching Lodging Development.
