Bryan is a development and operational expert with 15+ years of experience within hotel/ casino operations as well as fine dining, quick service and high-volume casual restaurants. He most recently worked to create and develop the innovative restaurant program at the $4 Billion+ opening of Resorts World Las Vegas with over 40 individual restaurant concepts. Additionally, while at Resorts World Las Vegas, Bryan developed and implemented the first room service mobile ordering application making every restaurant on property available for mobile ordering and delivery to guest suites, the six-acre pool deck and other strategically designated locations on the resort property.

Prior to Resorts World, Bryan helped to develop the current operational standards as well as food & beverage programing for The One Group’s STK, which helped grow sales to over $30 million annually. Prior to STK, Bryan worked directly with Thomas Keller for 8 years in the development of Chef Keller’s Bouchon Restaurants as well as Chef Keller’s multiple bakery outlets while attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas to obtain his Hospitality Management Degree.
