Benjamin has experience working with properties to enhance performance across key operational areas, including revenue management, food and beverage, and labor efficiency. His analytical approach focuses on identifying opportunities through market trends, competitive positioning, and property-level performance metrics to improve RevPAR, profitability, and overall asset positioning.

Prior to his current role, Benjamin served as Asset Analytics Manager at HEI Hotels & Resorts, where he supported a portfolio of over 100 hotels nationwide. He was involved in feasibility and acquisition analysis, capital planning, and performance reporting, helping guide strategic decisions that enhanced financial outcomes.
