Sarah Bieker serves as an Associate with LW Hospitality Advisors, based in New York, NY. Ms. Bieker gained valuable hospitality experience through various positions in food and beverage, operations, and residential real estate. Prior to working at LWHA, Ms. Bieker interned at a boutique hotel in New York City as an operations intern, as well as at a real estate start-up Undorm as a marketing intern.

Ms. Bieker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Tourism Management with a concentration in Hotel Development from New York University. While at NYU, she became certified in Hotel Industry Analytics through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
