John Lingenfelter currently serves as an Associate for LW Hospitality Advisors, based in Tampa, Florida. Prior to his advisory career with LWHA, Mr. Lingenfelter held various roles in Hotel Operations and Residential Real Estate over the course of the past decade. Most recently he worked with Hilton Grand Vacations as a Sales & Marketing Manager in Maui, HI overseeing a portfolio of resorts.

Mr. Lingenfelter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a minor in Hotel Management. He is currently working towards his State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License
